I think one of the ways that PCS has gone above and beyond for us is I invited them in. John Lowitzer handled a boot camp for us. And even though I scheduled it two years after our implementation, I knew that it was important to follow up with my coordinators to make sure that we were continuing their education and their knowledge of PCS and what all it offered.
And within, you know, I had a lot of pushback from my coordinators. They thought, I already know the system. Why do I need additional training? Within just moments of the startup of the bootcamp, light bulbs were going off everywhere, and they were learning from one another, and they were learning from John, different functionality that maybe had changed since we had implemented, but it was a good learning experience, and it was time well spent for all of them.
