Mark A. Hill joins PCS Software as Chief Executive Officer from W Energy Software, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and subsequently as CEO. Under his leadership, the company experienced remarkable growth, achieving over 30% annual growth and successfully navigating the sale of the company, all while ensuring continued progress despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 market. In addition to W Energy Software, Mr. Hill held leadership positions with Value Creed, Bibliotheca, P2 Energy Solutions and Allegro Development where he helped build and grow, customer-first software organizations.
Mr. Hill has written and been published on topics in technology, energy, trading and industry trends including placement in The Wall Street Journal and numerous industry publications and podcasts.
Mr. Hill lives in Houston, TX with his wife and 3 sons.

Lori Marwill joined PCS as Vice President Controller in May 2021. She is a senior leader in the Finance and Accounting arena with over 25 years of experience, predominantly in Financial Services.
In addition to traditional Senior Controllership roles, Lori has extensive experience in projects related to company consolidations, integrations, system implementations, and workflow design.
Lori is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA from Texas A&M University. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and scuba diving.
Yusuf Ozturk

Yusuf has more than 25 years of experience in product development from startups to global companies. Most recently, he was the CTO of Third Summit with a cloud-based media management platform for production companies. Prior to Third Summit, Yusuf was the CTO of Rand McNally leading the development of transportation products including fleet management, truck navigation and logistics platforms along with tablets and wireless headsets for commercial drivers. In his career, he held various leadership roles in technology companies including HERE/Navteq, JC Whitney, and cars.com. He contributed to 6 patents. Yusuf has a PhD in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
Yusuf enjoys spinning, running and traveling with his wife and their daughter.

Alan Shaw joined PCS in 2021 as Chief Customer Officer, with responsibility for implementations, support, and customer success, as well as PCS’s internal project management office and business operations.
Alan brings 20 years of experience in software and services helping customers to deploy, adopt, and realize value from technology investments. Most recently, he worked for BMC Software in leadership roles spanning Operations, Customer Experience, and Corporate Initiatives. Prior to joining BMC, Alan was a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Strategy practice, supporting clients on marketing, pricing, supply chain & operations, and M&A projects. He started his career working for Amoco Chemicals and BP in operational and sales roles.
Alan has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Emory University. Outside of work, Alan enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, volunteering with his family at the Houston Food Bank, cooking family dinners, and watching Notre Dame football.

Danielle Villegas joined PCS Software as Chief Product Officer in November 2024. With over 20 years of experience in software product management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.
She is a visionary and customer-centric software product executive with extensive experience in building SaaS and enterprise applications.
Danielle holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information Systems from Millikin University and holds multiple certifications in product management. Outside of work, Danielle is also a mother of three and coaches youth cheerleading.

John Nelson joined PCS in 2021 as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance and was promoted to Vice President of Engineering in 2023.
John brings more than 20 years of experience in software testing, test automation, and managing high performing teams to PCS. Prior to joining the company, he worked in the financial, legal, and IT monitoring spaces where he also managed large offshore teams in multiple countries. John has a proven track record of improving quality and performance across the board and helping to build secure and scalable software applications designed to meet customer demands.
John holds two BA degrees from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. As a native Texan, he returned to Rice University in Houston, Texas to complete his graduate work, where he earned both a Masters and a Doctorate. He is also an aspiring jazz musician and can be found blowing his trumpet outside of work hours.

Responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy, Julie Harrison joined PCS in August 2020 to help support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent, organizational and performance management. She serves as an advocate for both employees and the business.
Prior to joining PCS, she has been a key recruiting team member at Sogeti, Openlink, P97 and most recently at CGI where she helped recruit 300 professional service employees in a period of 2 years. Harrison joined the PCS team because of the rapid growth potential and that we focused on the transportation and logistics domain during an industry paradigm change.
Harrison holds an MBA from the University of Houston and her BBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and she is also a member of the Society of Human Resource management (SHRM). Outside of work she likes to travel the world and see exotic animals, remodel her home, and devote time to her family, especially her grandkids. Labeled herself as a “foodie” she also loves to try new restaurants.
