During his many years in key leadership positions at these industry giants and other corporations, Chris Poelma has proved a driving force behind taking business to the next level, and ensuring it stays ahead of the technology power curve.
For 35+ years, he’s shown himself to be a future-forward thinker who adheres to an exceedingly high caliber of accomplishment. Chris also has a knack for spotting top talent, assembling exceptional teams, and leading the charge to reach daunting—but under his direction, doable—milestones.
Not bad for a fellow who taught himself how to code at the ripe old age of 13.
His aptitude for building innovative, profitable software solutions that deliver growth—along with his extensive experience in Supply Chain Logistics—have served PCS well for the last three and a half years—and counting.
Prior to leading the charge here, Chris was President & GM of NCR Small Business, a Fortune 500 technology company developing, delivering, and supporting cloud-based point-of sale systems to the hospitality, retail, entertainment, and service industries.
Chris holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Wyoming. He likes riding his motorcycle and, as an avid runner, Chris logs 40-plus miles per week or, as he’ll tell you, “enjoys trail meditation.”
Paul joined PCS as CTO in 2020 bringing more than 30 storied years of pioneering experience to this critical role. An expert in cloud computing, computer systems architecture, AI and Machine Learning innovation, Paul has held C-level positions in technology, R&D and product management capacities for large enterprises such as Amoco and BMC.
In his current capacity leading the design and development of the PCS platform, Paul is leading the organization and the industry in the advancement of supply chain digitization, process automation, and integrated data systems architecture development. An AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Microsoft Azure certified, Mr. Beavers is passionate about developing emerging technologies designed to help medium-to-large sized businesses improve operational excellence and profitability.
Paul holds a B.S. in computer science and enjoys spending time with his family on the Texas Gulf Coast, fishing, boating and photographing scenes of natural beauty.
Sunny Moore joined PCS in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility to help drive new growth and innovation.
Sunny brings more than 25 years of cross-industry experience to the executive leadership team of PCS. She has extensive knowledge in operational and financial planning, analysis, and aligning stakeholders and systems to drive customer satisfaction and bottom-line results.
Prior to joining PCS, Sunny was the CFO at Teachers of Tomorrow, VP of Finance at Alert Logic, and VP of Operations Analysis at Landry’s. She has had broad responsibilities at companies that used similar recurring revenue models and managed all aspects of their financial and operational planning, accounting, IT DevOps, infrastructure, and human resources.
Sunny has a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Engineering from Rice University and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas. Outside of the office you can find her at the pool swimming laps, watching her daughter dance on stage or reading up on historical fiction.
Ted Pardee brings more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience to PCS as Chief Revenue Officer. Pardee’s success in developing sales teams for both the private and public sector allowed his companies to achieve great success and growth during his tenure. Pardee has direct experience negotiating complicated agreements with Fortune 500 companies like Amazon, Ford Motor Company, Coca-Cola and Royal Dutch Shell. In addition to his experience building teams focused on the Global 500, Pardee has also led Sales and Marketing teams, whose customers include the largest cities, counties and government agencies in the world including New York City & State, the State of California, Miami-Dade County, UK Ministry of Defence, The US State Department, USAID and the US Department of Defense.
Pardee began his career in 1992 with a software company in Houston – Telescan, Inc. where he organized the company’s first online and Internet software salesforce. In addition to his business pursuits, Pardee is currently a part-time Analyst & Color Commentator for the University of Houston Football radio broadcasts for Learfield Inc. and is the son of former College Football Hall of Fame member, and NFL player and coach, Jack Pardee.
Alan Shaw joined PCS in 2021 as Chief Customer Officer, with responsibility for implementations, support, and customer success, as well as PCS’s internal project management office and business operations.
Alan brings 20 years of experience in software and services helping customers to deploy, adopt, and realize value from technology investments. Most recently, he worked for BMC Software in leadership roles spanning Operations, Customer Experience, and Corporate Initiatives. Prior to joining BMC, Alan was a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Strategy practice, supporting clients on marketing, pricing, supply chain & operations, and M&A projects. He started his career working for Amoco Chemicals and BP in operational and sales roles.
Alan has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Emory University. Outside of work, Alan enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, volunteering with his family at the Houston Food Bank, cooking family dinners, and watching Notre Dame football.
Lori Marwill joined PCS as Vice President Controller in May 2021. She is a senior leader in the Finance and Accounting arena with over 25 years of experience, predominantly in Financial Services.
In addition to traditional Senior Controllership roles, Lori has extensive experience in projects related to company consolidations, integrations, system implementations, and workflow design.
Lori is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA from Texas A&M University. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and scuba diving.
Responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy, Julie Harrison joined PCS in August 2020 to help support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent, organizational and performance management. She serves as an advocate for both employees and the business.
Prior to joining PCS, she has been a key recruiting team member at Sogeti, Openlink, P97 and most recently at CGI where she helped recruit 300 professional service employees in a period of 2 years. Harrison joined the PCS team because of the rapid growth potential and that we focused on the transportation and logistics domain during an industry paradigm change.
Harrison holds an MBA from the University of Houston and her BBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and she is also a member of the Society of Human Resource management (SHRM). Outside of work she likes to travel the world and see exotic animals, remodel her home, and devote time to her family, especially her grandkids. Labeled herself as a “foodie” she also loves to try new restaurants.
Janice Bailey joined PCS in 2022 and was promoted to Vice President of Demand Generation, with responsibility to help drive new growth in demand.
Janice brings more than 15 years of cross-industry experience to the leadership team of PCS. She has a track record of success in developing revenue-generating strategies, identifying and capturing new business opportunities that has led to continuous business growth.
Prior to joining PCS, Janice was the VP of Sales and Sales Development at PGi and Senior Director of Channel and Direct Sales at NCR. She has had extensive responsibilities at companies that used similar sales and business development models.
Janice attended The Ohio State University and is an avid Buckeye Fan! Outside of the office, you can find her ticking travel destinations off her bucket list, making recipes off of Pinterest, or spending time with family.
Miguel Nogueras joined PCS Software in January 2023 as VP of Product Marketing with responsibility for the overall PCS brand and product content.
Miguel has made a name for himself as a brilliant designer and Creative Director in both the general and multicultural markets. His background includes 20+ award-winning years at some of Madison avenue’s biggest names and other heavy hitters: FCB New York, The Grey Group, The Mars Agency, and more.
Throughout his career, Miguel’s talent has helped elevate national brands and companies through stellar, strategic creative solutions across all channels, from digital to broadcast television.
Miguel is an alumnus of the Parsons School of Design. A native New Yorker, he cut his teeth at several of Madison Avenue’s finest, before leading the creative charge at top agencies outside of NYC. Today, Miguel resides in Houston, Texas, reads voraciously, and spends as much free time as possible with his most prized (co-) creation—a teenage (Tex)son.
Tom Farinacci joined PCS as the Vice President of Partner and Channel Sales in 2022 and brings an impressive background of building relationships and delivering exceptional results across his career. Most recently, Tom held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the West Division at Enlivant Senior Living. Tom’s attention to detail and ability to deliver positive outcomes has driven his success regardless of industry (consumer packaged goods, retail, and healthcare) or function (sales, marketing, ecommerce, and operations). In his current capacity leading Partner and Channel Sales, Tom will look to build upon the impressive grouping of partner integrations across the PCS platform and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for PCS, our partners, and our customers.
Tom completed his undergraduate degree at William Jewell College and his MBA at the University of Kansas. He also holds Professional Certifications in Strategic Management from the University of Kansas and Digital Marketing from New York University. Outside of the office, you will find Tom spending quality time with his family or out on the Golf course working on his game.
Lora Hillebrand personifies the opportunities for career growth and advancement offered by PCS. Beginning her tenure with PCS in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant, her meritorious performance has propelled her advancement through the organization. Having proven her mettle as an Accounting Specialist, ISO Compliance Manager, HR Manager and PMO Director, Ms. Hillebrand ascended to the current role of Director of Strategy. Before joining PCS, Lora worked for the Woodlands Joint Powers Agency, assisting with The Woodlands Mud Taxes.
Lora credits her achievement within the PCS organization to the company’s supportive and affirming work environment which enabled her to develop a more fulsome understanding of her capabilities and ultimately her career trajectory. Possessing a natural gift for organization and process, Lora earned certification as a SAFe 5 Practitioner, an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, and holds two Project Management Certifications. She also retains Human Resources and Technical Writing certifications from the University of Houston.
She also contributed to achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification for PCS in 2018 and was voted 2018 PCS Employee of the Year. A wife and mother, Lora enjoys time away from the office with her family and her Catahoula hound, Lily, fishing on the lake and hanging out by the pool.
