I’m with PCS and I’m here with Ken Fox with Ardo.

So Ken, how have you utilized PCS software and how has it helped your operations?

So we’ve been using PCS and its predecessor for roughly 15 years.
It streamlined our freight tendering, our spot quoting and our rates management.

Cool.
So you’ve been able to optimize kind of in time, real time movement when you’re doing spot quoting and things like that?

Yes, absolutely.

What I know, you know, we’re not always perfect, but we’re striving to be there.
How has our customer service team helped you and times when, you know, maybe you get a little angry?

Yeah, well, there have been times, Sir.
I will, I will tell you the addition of Rich’s position, kind of an interpretator between the tech guys and us normal guys.

Sure.
That has been a huge benefit to us.
If we can tell that, we can tell him what we’re seeing, what we need to see, and then he can go to the developers and that helps a lot so you can use real language to a real person.

Those big brains, they’re way bigger than ours, correct.
Can do what they do to help you out.

Yeah, correct.
They don’t just ask me to reboot, Sir.
They’ll say unplug it, plug it back in.
That’s about as far as it goes.

So you’ve been an awesome customer for 15 years now.
You’ve seen kind of what we’re changing and the direction that we’re going with our product.
What excites you the most about it?

The AI assistant excites me.
We’ve asked in this session today for a couple of enhancements, but I think it will really be beneficial for my team to go to the AI assistant and say, where’s this truck at or what rate did we pay last week for this load?

Thanks to that nature that’s one of the good things that we’re bringing to the AI.
People use it as a buzzword, but really we’ve embedded it in our system with Cortex.
And so you can use real language to find what you’re looking.
Crap.
You don’t have to type like a robot to get what you need.

Yeah.
So we’re excited about that.

We’re excited to provide that for you.
What would you say your number one biggest value of using PCS is?

It’s just, it’s intuitive.
When we hire new people or add carriers, it’s very easy to get them to adopt.
They know the system very quickly.
There’s lots of training modules available.
So just it’s ease of use.

Cool.
So when you’re onboarding new employees, it takes them, they pick up on that.

Yes, pretty user friendly.
