Houston – Jan. 5, 2021 – PCS Software (PCS), the AI-powered transportation management platform leader, will lead the conversation on the future of supply chain in upcoming webinars hosted by the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). This month, top industry experts, including PCS’ Chief Technology Officer Paul Beavers and Sr. Director of Product Marketing & Content Anthony Vitiello, will gather virtually to discuss what’s next in supply chain technology and how top solutions are powering innovation.
On Wednesday, January 13, at noon CT, Paul Beavers will host the next CSCMP Houston virtual luncheon focused on how leading-edge technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are revolutionizing supply chain insight, optimization, and automation. Attendees will walk away with insights into how disruptive transportation logistics IT solutions help mid to large size enterprises leverage logistics data to improve supply chain throughput and efficiency. Membership with CSCMP Houston is required to attend.
“Our industry has seen marked changes over the course of one year, and there is so much transformation yet to come – and it’s happening fast. All industry players from brokers to shippers to carriers need to understand how leading technologies like AI and ML can give them the edge they need in a rapidly evolving market,” said Beavers.
And on Tuesday, January 26, at noon ET, CSCMP board member Sandy Vosk, president of Advantage Technology Solutions, will moderate a panel of industry professionals discussing the ecommerce boom and its effect on the future of supply chain management. PCS’ Anthony Vitiello will be joined by experts from industry media outlets Talking Logistics, Supply Chain Digest and freight visibility tech provider FourKites. This webinar is free for current CSCMP members, and $25 for non-members.
“With so many technologies in the marketplace, it can be difficult for supply chain leaders to know which solutions will allow them to tackle today’s challenges without uprooting current processes,” said Vitiello. “This conversation will address those concerns and give attendees insights to drive innovation in their organizations next year.”
